Add rowing innovation to your facility with the Adjustable Row Trainer, which emulates a rowing movement pattern using adjustable bodyweight resistance. Exercisers are able to target multiple muscle groups simultaneously and experience smooth, consistent tension throughout their entire range of motion due to loaded concentric and eccentric phases of their movement. The Adjustable Row Trainer integrates a strength component into a cardio machine by offering seven levels of resistance. All this adds up to an unparalleled rowing workout.
